Ona Restaurant & Lounge: A Culinary Haven for Seafood, Sandwiches, and Desserts

I truly recommend this place if you are near by or visiting the Oregon Coast like me. The view is beautiful, the service was excellent and the food… well the food was beyond delicious. I had the Lan-Roc pork belly chops and they were full of flavor and with that crispy touch in the outside. Really good indeed!

The food is simply amazing! The food is a bit pricey for a simple lunch so much so locals commented on it to me. The salad and crab cake are exceptional. Outdoor seating was lovely. Lovely presentation. Kind staff.

Don’t miss a chance to eat here. Absolutely no idea why anyone would leave anything but a great review…..it’s THAT GOOD. Exceptional seafood. Great atmosphere, incredible staff. Moist Crab Cakes, with a delicious sauce on the side. Hubby had the Tuna Burger and loved it. The pesto sauce was yummy. I had the seafood pasta and every bite was fresh and filled with flavor. The place was immaculate and the vibe was very comfortable and classy but not stuck up. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ On a side note: Release the Epstein files. Leave Greenland alone. Abolish ICE

Best flavors and perfectly prepared foods. Instead of a vinegret for their oysters, they have an Asian inspired shaved ice - so yummy. I had kale with my sturgeon and was so impressed by both. Save room for dessert! Stickey toffee pudding is just Devine. This meal was worth every penny. You'd pay twice this at a Vegas place.

I visited here twice on my recent visit to Yachats. I was pleasantly surprised that I could sit anywhere in the restaurant and still enjoy the happier hours menu. The fries and calamari were a flavorful and hearty portion on the happier hours menu. If you have the opportunity, opt to sit on the covered patio- it is enjoyable to look out a the beach while dining. The service here has always been top notch for me. Servers have always been attentive but not overbearing. If you are looking for a more low key vibe, visit during lunch.

We have eaten here a few times over the years when we are on the coast, and let me tell you-this is one of the best spots we’ve eaten! Our most recent visit was in March 2025, and we were just happy with the service and the food. We split the crab cakes appetizer, and I had the Chelsea Rose rockfish and chips, and my husband had Ona pasta as our entrees. We also split a bowl of clam chowder, which was delightful. The food was delicious, the cocktails were great, and our service was excellent. The enclosed patio was nice too, especially since we had our pup along. We will be back.

Came for my birthday dinner and had a beautiful time with my sister, partner, and close friends. We tried the calamari, clams, chowder, crab cakes for appetizers. All the dishes were served timely and all offered unique and delicious flavors the whole table enjoyed. I had the seafood pasta with saffron sauce, I love this dish. It presents a fantastic opportunity to sample diverse seafood in a light sauce, tastes amazing even the next day. I love visiting yearly for my birthday and I have never been disappointed.
